Tempted Elderflower is a product of the Irish Tempted cider house, founded by Davy Uprichard in 2009 and is located just outside Lisburn in northern Ireland.
Davy made his first cider in 2010, but just two years later he won the Gold Award in the Irish national cider category. Since then he has won at least one national award every year.
To make a good cider you have to start from a careful selection of apples. Apples from the county of Armagh are mainly used: the Bramleys, classified PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) by the EU for their clean, unique and sharp taste and the Uprichards, a special quality of cider apples from the county of Tipperary.
Some flavors were born to live together. We think that the combination of apples and elderberries is a winning combination. This medium dry cider is very light and fruity with distinctive elderberry tones. Not overlying, the elderberry flower harmoniously combines with a light blend of cider to give an elegant touch to a classic drink.
Tempted Elderflower is naturally gluten-free.
