The Tempted Irish cider factory was founded by Davy Uprichard in 2009 and is located just outside Lisburn in the north of Ireland. Davy produced his first cider in 2010, but just two years later he won the Gold Award in the Irish national cider category. Since then he has won at least one national award every year
To make a good cider you need to start with a careful selection of apples.
Mainly apples from the county of Armagh are used: the Bramleys, classified as IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) by the EU for their clean, unique and sharp taste and the Uprichards, a special quality of cider apples from the county of Tipperary.
Tempted Dry is the cider from which Davy’s journey began. Davy has produced this fruity, fresh and floral cider to satisfy his palate.
Not too dry, Tempted Dry offers a fresh sparkling taste that goes perfectly with food.
Use it to prepare a fantastic apple flavored loin
