Pernilla Perle is a dry, fresh, sparkling and semi-sweet cider. Its dry character makes it suitable for a wide variety of gastronomic situations: aperitif, asian food, pork dishes and continental desserts.
The 2018 production of Pernilla Perle stands out for being drier and with more evident tannins. 2017 has been one of the most difficult years for apple growing in Sweden in the last decade, with strong frost and hail in the spring.
As a result, the 2017 vintage gave the cider an austere, elegant, more complex style than the previous years, but with an excellent balance between sugar, alcohol and fruit, which promises good for its future development and aging.

The intention is to develop a single Swedish cider with the typical aromatic profile and the growing conditions of Swedish apples.
The apples come from both northern and southern Sweden. Hand-picked winter apples in Västerbotten County on the Baltic Sea coast are combined with quality apples from a carefully selected grower in the heart of the south of the country.
The goal is to perfect the apple mix that shapes this incredible cider year after year.
