Meatballs are a popular and beloved main dish, also perfect for buffets and dinner with friends.

- 400 gr of ground “Fassona” beef
- 2 pork sausages
- 1 slice of cooked ham
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 fistful of bread crumbs
- 1 fistful of grated
- 2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 glass of Mac Ivor Traditional Dry
Finely ground the cooked ham and peel and mince the sausage. Wash the parsley and mince it with garlic. Add all the ingredients except for the olive oil in a large bowl and mix with your hand until you obtain a homogenous paste. Then form balls of the preferred size and dust them with flour.
Heat two spoons of extra vergin olive oil in a pan and brown the meatballs. Once they are well browned on both sides simmer with some Mac Ivor Traditional Dry. Serve when still hot and with sautèd potatos.
